How much are the Shipping Fees?

Shipping costs in Portugal for Registered Mail vary between €3.35 and €6.50. The value will vary depending on the weight of the order.

When will my order be shipped?

Shipping of the order can take between 1 to 7 days. At times when there are more orders (Christmas), it may take longer.

How can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed it is not possible to make changes to it.

This product is not for me, how can I return it?

If you have changed your mind and would like to return your product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at ticx.online@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for wanting to return.

We do not refund shipping costs and we recommend sending by registered mail.

Please note that we do not accept returns on custom products.
